The Skinny on Wild Caught Performers
Hailing from Wilmington NC, the 4-piece band Holland Revival
aligns a do-it-yourself work ethic to their signature sound of woven melodies driven by solid rock rhythms. Their original compositions
are thoughtful, fun, and poetic. Come check out our friends from the southern coast, whose influences range from Steely Dan to Pink Floyd!
Connie Mason (left) is a Carteret County treasure performing downhome coastal music and local tales. She'll make you taste the salt in the air and feel the roll of the deck under your feet. Her programs are family-oriented and peppered with Down East ballads. Ask her to sing the oyster song!
Hailing from Morehead City but always on the road, Marsha Harris is a nationally renowed
musician and instructor. She has won first place in mountain dulcimer at Mt. Airy Fiddler's Convention, Union Grove, and others. She also plays Native
American flute, and toured with the band Painted Raven. Marsha is the coordinator for the Crooked Road Dulcimer Festival in Ferrum, VA.

YOSE is a Moog-driven heavenly mix of Aren Blake wonder
with vocalist Khrystine lifting you to new vistas and altitudes.
Common Interest features Delancy Loftis, Skyler Lehman, and friends to rock ya like Irish funkytown!
Lost Girls: Have you found them yet? Wandering between Marshall and Marshallberg, Margie Misenheimer, Karen Koenig, and Barbara Blake play old time foot stompin tunes and sing the sister harmonies, Tom Parker on bass, and special guest
Bryan Blake on pedal steel.
Beaufort Blues Project (left) will take us down to the crossroads. Bassist Carlos Sanderson and his drummer wife Hope not only lay down the groove, but they
produce our Wild Caught tee-shirts! Vocalist Marjorie Landen will knock your flip flops off. Jim Durham plays sax, Talley Best is on keyboards, and
Neal Beasley is on guitar. BBP is the real downhome deal!
Unknown Tongues is your host band,
serving up a spicy mess of Cajun-Zydeco!
The Tongues have played festivals, dances, and shows for some 25 years.
Accordion player Bryan Blake is the driving force behind the Wild Caught
festival and Gloucester Mardi Gras. Barbara Blake gets down on the rubboard and guitar, Todd Humphreys lays down the bass grooves,
and Tom Parker stays frisky on the drums.
It doesn't get any more local or classic
than Gary Dudley and the Maxxtones. Beaufort native Gary Dudley, from a long line of menhaden captains, shredded guitar for nationally-touring
bands Legacy and Eclipse. Bassist Fernie Paul Willis has played with more bands than can be named. And drummer Omar Adams keeps the beat for these Carteret County Rock Stars!
